For Service Providers
How do I join ServiceMatchNow as a provider?
Simply sign up as a Service Provider, complete your profile with experience, location, and documentation. Once approved, you can begin receiving job requests.
Can I accept or decline service requests?
Yes. You have full control to accept or reject job requests based on your availability and preferences.
How do I get paid for my services?
Payments are processed through the platform and transferred to your connected bank account after the service is marked complete.
Is there a commission or fee?
A small service fee is deducted from each transaction to cover platform maintenance and support. Full fee details are available in your provider dashboard.
Can I pause receiving new jobs temporarily?
Yes, you can switch to “Unavailable” mode in your dashboard anytime if you need a break or are not taking new jobs.
For Service Seekers
How do I request a service?
After signing in, complete your profile, go to “Request Services,” choose a category, fill in the service details, and submit your request. A suitable service provider will be matched with you shortly.
Can I choose a specific provider?
Currently, the app auto-matches you based on location, availability, and service type. A future update will allow provider selection.
How do I set urgency or priority for a service?
While filling out the service request, you can select your preferred urgency: Urgent, Within 24 Hours, This Week, or Schedule for Later.
Can I change the address before confirming a request?
Yes. You can update your service address before submitting the request. This is especially useful if you’re booking for a different location.
How will I know when my provider is on the way?
You’ll receive real-time updates and notifications via the app once your request is accepted and the provider is en route.
